Cue is a full service restaurant in the new Guthrie Theater. The sleek and dramatic interior, with floor to ceiling window walls, features a spectacular blue-glass tiled cooking island thrusting center stage into the dining room where chefs turn the art of cooking into a live performance. This street level restaurant also features urban, al fresco dining with a spectacular riverfront view. Cue specializes in local and sustainable food sources and food that is alive with flavor. Drawing on classical techniques and preparations to create fine, but nonpretentious food, Cue creates a relaxed atmosphere with timely and attentive service. Late dinner menu available until midnight and bar open until 1:00am.
