The Downtowner Woodfire Grill is conveniently located in downtown Saint Paul’s West Seventh neighborhood. It is just one and a half blocks west of the Xcel Energy Center and within walking distance of the Ordway and Science Museum. The best “free” parking in town is offered to our guests who are also attending a concert or a Wild game.The unique menu is considered American Bistro with a Persian touch. The Downtowner Woodfire Grill specializes in daily fresh seafood specials, Persian fire roasted meats and gourmet pizzas cooked over an oak burning Woodfire grill. Authentic Persian flat bread, prepared fresh daily, is served to all dinner guests.

The floor plan is open and inviting with a contemporary décor. The open floor plan continues into the kitchen where you can see the food being prepared. Whether you are seated next to one of the fireplaces, or by the windows overlooking W. Seventh Street, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The full bar, complete with three fountains, also hosts an extensive wine collection. Bargain hunters can delight in ½ priced bottles of wine on Mondays and Tuesdays. Happy Hour is also enjoyed Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm featuring discounted appetizers and drinks (non-event nights). On Friday and Saturday nights the dinner experience is enhanced with live jazz music starting at 8pm. A beautiful private dining room is available for special events or business meetings for large groups. The private dining room can accommodate up to 34 people and can be reserved for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Downtowner Woodfire Grill also provides a full menu for breakfast & lunch, with daily specials, as well as a children’s menu. Reservations are recommended. This cozy restaurant serves a great plate as well as provides an experience to savor.
