The Herkimer is a locally owned and operated restaurant and brewpub in the Uptown sector of Minneapolis. They offer up tasty German-style lagers and an appetizing menu with items ranging from their home-style Mac and cheese to fish and chips and a variety of juicy burgers. While you’re there, be sure to try their award winning sweet potato fries. They melt in your mouth and are sure to keep you asking for more.

Although The Herkimer brews a great variety of beers, they rotate through their list offering six beers to choose from daily. This keeps you curious as to what you’re going to get, and dares you to try something new each time.

While you’re hanging out there, feel free to help yourself to the free shuffleboard table! It’s an old-school game with a new and friendly face. There are actually shuffleboard leagues that you can sign up for. They fill up fast, so it’s good to sign up for their email club as soon as possible to keep you informed.

The Herkimer is a place where everyone feels at home. Its décor brings you into a casual 1920’s era. The walls are adorned with classy posters of pin-up girls advertising their home brews and the shiny brew tanks welcome you to take a peek at the brewing process. It’s a great place to meet your friends for dinner and stay for the beer.
