    Executive Chef Matthew Fogarty intensifies the Napa experience with his refined culinary style. He grew up in Colorado and was quickly immersed in the local Denver restaurant scene at a young age with a position as a dishwasher. After stints in Boston, San Francisco-Bay Area, San Diego and the Pacific Northwest, Matthew set out to push the envelope of the culinary experience and explore Europe. With all his experience and travels, he still continues learning and testing the dynamic nature of food.

    Local and seasonal ingredients inspire the chef-driven offerings of innovative salads ($7-$10); wood-grilled meats and seafood ($21-$33), and seasonally fresh pastas, meats and poultry ($19-$30). If you’re in the mood to just taste, Napa Valley Grille’s signature Harvest Platter ($15.75) offers a chef’s selection of house-cured meats, cheeses and other artisan products. Complement that with a wine flight (three tastings of select wines for $12.50+) and receive a full experience of savoring wine country flavors. Wines by the glass and an impressive selection of premium California wine-growing appellations stored in a temperature-controlled cellar are also available.

    Napa Valley Grille’s refined cuisine and excellent service well suit the dining room’s wine country warmth; which is illuminated by the earth-toned hues, wooden harvest table, farm fresh floral displays, wine artifacts and rustic lighting fixtures.
