"Crave". The setting is warm and inviting for all seasons - from the bubbling stone fountain on the summer patio, to the cozy, crackling fireplace for any chilly winter evening. The open kitchen with ceiling-high brick oven gives guests show-stopping entertainment as well. Exec. Chef Eli Wollenzien, who heads up the talented and creative kitchen team, promise great menu choices and lots of counter action too. Chefs are at work preparing handcrafted, tossed pizzas, fresh pastas and sizzling steaks. You'll also spot the colorful sushi bar, adjoining the kitchen counter, where Sushi Chef Tony Lam & his team of sushi chefs create their made-to-order culinary creations before your eyes. The show continues at the full service marble-topped bar, known for crafting colorful cocktails. Centered in the middle of the room, it's is one of Crave's favorite meeting spots for afternoon shoppers in the Galleria or after work cocktails. A Happy Hour Bar Menu from 4 PM to 6PM also features a tempting assortment of small plates all under $5. On Friday nights, the bar becomes the setting for the Crave Jazz series too. A floor to ceiling "Glass Wall of Wine", which marks the edge of the bar and the entry to the dining room, offers hundreds of selections wines to satisfy any palate, and any craving, as well. |
