The heart of the restaurant is its open kitchen, where savory meats roast over open fires and fresh pizzas cook in a wood-burning oven. Campiello cuisine is rooted in Italian tradition. But it isn't stuck there. Our chefs make frequent pilgrimages to culinary meccas like Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna to find classic recipes to adapt.
